Rob Harris, Managing Director of Ann's Cottage Surf Shops, was keen to make their first website an online shop and a market leading site worthy of the brand he had built up.
The project was coordinated by The Drawing Board who also produced the website and the bespoke database driven online shop. Email marketing, web cam integration, surf reports and podcasts were all included to make a really cutting edge and complete on line marketing communications package. The moving images and film were shot and produced by ikandi media to add extra drama to the site.

I think the biggest lesson we have learnt is that you have to think of an online shop as another store, and that means you need to invest in marketing it just as much as you would a conventional store."
